Ingredients for 4 people:

  • 400gr of bronze drawn spaghetti .
  • 4 tablespoons of Colatura di Cetara anchovies Essensi selection.
  • 8 level spoons Delicate extra virgin olive oil Essensi selection.
  • 2 cloves of fresh garlic .
  • Parsley .
  • 1 lemon .
  • Breadcrumbs .

Preparation:

Mix all the ingredients well in a cold cruet: lightly pressed garlic, extra virgin olive oil, colatura, abundant chopped parsley and grated lemon.

Meanwhile, cook the spaghetti in unsalted water, drain the pasta and add it to the sauce with half a ladle of cooking water, make sure the pasta mixes well with all the ingredients and serve with the addition of breadcrumbs.
