Ingredients for 4 people:
- 320 gr of broken candles from Gragnano .
- 580 Corbarino tomato Essensi selection.
- Essensi selection delicate extra virgin olive oil .
- 1 clove of garlic .
- 50gr of medium-aged grated Parmesan cheese .
- 50g of grated pecorino .
- Fresh basil.
Preparation:
In a pan pour a drizzle of oil and the garlic to fry, add the corbarini tomatoes and their juice, add salt and cook for about 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, boil the water and lower the pasta. The cooking must be al dente. After the necessary time, drain the pasta and pour it into the pan with the corbarini sauce, add the grated cheeses and sauté for a few minutes to mix the ingredients well.
Serve the candles alla scarpariello with abundant fresh basil.
