Ingredients for 4 people.
- N. 4 durum wheat friselle .
- 310 gr of Essensi selection tuna fillets.
- A fresh Nocerino spring onion .
- 4 Essensi selection salted anchovy fillets .
- 6 tomatoes for salad.
- Fresh basil .
Preparation
In a container with cold water, wet the durum wheat frisella for a few seconds and place them in the serving plates.
In a separate bowl, add the finely chopped spring onion, tuna, diced tomatoes, basil and anchovy fillets.
Mix everything and season with salt. Put everything on friselle and add extra virgin olive oil and basil.
